Lots of regular tap water can also contain unwanted toxins and the same goes for the air that we breath and the non organically grown fresh fruit and vergetables we enjoy eating.  Toxins can enter the body thru the mouth, the nose and even the skin, like when walking barefoot.</p>
<p>Many of the troubles our bodies suffer thru, like gaining too much weight and many other illnesses like gas and constipation are caused by these bad things that have entered out bodies. If this problem is not addressed in a timely manner, more serious could occur in our heart and many other body parts.</p>
<p>Sometimes taking the time to detox our bodies carefully, especially colon cleansing a few times a year, which is recommended by many health professionals. All kinds of junk gets stuck in the colon and and sometimes we need to do a detox and get that bad material out of there so it can do it&#8217;t best job possible.</p>
<p>Almost everyone could use a good colon cleanse every now and then, especially if they suffer from any of the above mentioned troubles in addition to having bad breath, various skin troubles and/or headaches.</p>
<p>If you are one that like to do things naturally, natural ways to cleanse the colon are available. When first starting any detox diet, such as the lemon detox diet, these toxins are being reintroduced into the body and into the colon for elimination. This can make a person very sick at first. This is why it is important to add a colon cleanse along with the lemon detox diet. You need to eliminate the toxic fecal matter as quickly as possible.

<p>Prior to starting the lemon detox diet, it is recommended that you start with the colon cleanse for the first couple of days. This will help obvious the colon of some of the toxic fecal matter before it is burdened with the extra toxins coming in from the detox diet.

<p>The colon cleanse recipe is very simple. Seize 1 teaspoon of sea salt or Epson ingestible salt and add it to a 24 ounce glass of warm purified water and drink it immediately. Do this when you are going to be near a bathroom for an extended period of time, for it is quite fast acting. If this is not too uncomfortable, drink two glasses of this colon cleanse recipe, one glass in the morning and one at bedtime.

<p>Drink a minimum of 60 ounces of this a day. Drink plenty of water and drink your colon cleanse drink at least once a day but no more than twice a day. That is all there is to it.

Once you have done this and succeeded, then you can do the lemon detox diet for up to fourteen days at a stretch, but no longer. This is a short term detox diet not a life long weight loss diet. Although at first you will lose quite a lot of weight hastily, this is mostly impartial fecal matter that has been lying in your colon, full of toxins. It is possible to have twenty pounds or more of waste stored in your intestines.

<p>You can do the lemon detox diet and colon cleanse several times a year. Any time you start feeling sluggish you can go back to the detox program.

<p>You will be amazed at how splendid you feel after completing this detox program. Keeping the toxins from building up again will keep you surprisingly healthy. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Olive oil has been mostly associated with Mediterranean cooking, for dipping bread and for diets low in saturated fat. Not only is it ample for your health, but it has also been a centuries-old beauty secret that is finally garnering world-wide attention. Go to any salon or the beauty aisle in a department store and you&#8217;ll find olive oil based products for skin and hair. Is this just another hyped-up trend, or is olive oil an effective beauty product?
</p>
<p>Olive oil has a high level of monounsaturated fatty acids, antioxidants, and the lesser known squalene and chlorophyll which are beneficial to skin and hair. <b>Chlorophyll</b> is a green pigment found in plants and algae. Chefs sometimes use it to color beverages and pasta. From a beauty standpoint, it counteracts ageing and helps heal skin wounds. <b>Squalene</b> has been found to inhibit the growth of cancerous tumors. Cosmetic companies use it as an ingredient in moisturizers due to its ability to regulate sebum. Sebum is produced by sebaceous glands found in our skin and scalp. It is secreted through our pores. Sebum helps to form a coating on the skin which acts as a barrier and also lubricates our skin and hair.
</p>
<p>Health experts talk about the benefits of <b>antioxidants</b> and how we should get more into our bodies. Olive oil is an generous source of the antioxidants Vitamins A and E, polyphenols and phytosterols. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals and repair cell membranes. Free radicals are unstable molecules created from exposure to damage from radiation, pollution and cigarette smoke, all which contribute to premature ageing.
</p>
<p>It also has emollient properties which softens and relaxes hair. It controls frizz, makes hair shiny and silky and cleans the scalp, making it dandruff free. Some say it even stops hair loss, especially hair loss related to pregnancy.
</p>
<p>To originate an olive oil conditioner:
</p>
<p>1. Whisk together &frac12; cup of olive oil with 1 egg yolk.<br />2. Add a few drops of lemon juice and mix.<br />3. Apply the conditioner to shampooed and rinsed hair.<br />4. Leave on for 5 minutes. If your hair is oily, cease about half an inch from your scalp. Shampoo and rinse your hair.

<p>I remember years ago I shelled out over fifty dollars at a salon for an olive oil hot oil treatment. Here&#8217;s one you can do at home for far less money:
</p>
<p>1. Heat about half a cup of olive oil until it&#8217;s warm, but not too hot to burn your scalp.<br />2. Apply it to dry hair by dividing it into sections and combing it through.<br />3. Exhaust enough olive oil to saturate hair.<br />4. Put on a shower cap and sit under a dryer for five minutes.<br />5. Shampoo and rinse your hair.

<p>Another alternative, albeit a messier one, is to leave the oil in your hair overnight. Protect your pillows and sheets with towels as the oil will stain your linens.
</p>
<p>The ancient Greeks knew about the skin benefits of olive oil. They aged to bathe in it and use special tools to scrape off the excess after letting it soak into their skin. It is an excellent moisturizer. Apply it directly to dry skin, in areas like on the elbows and heels. Though it&#8217;s not very sexy, wear socks and gloves to bed and let the olive oil work its magic while you sleep. You can also use it on chapped lips, stretch marks and wrinkles.
</p>
<p>To make a night cream, mix together: &frac12; cup of olive oil, &frac14; cup of white vinegar and &frac14; cup of warm water. Apply it just before going to bed. The solution will help to kill bacteria as well as lighten the skin and make it collected and blemish-free.
</p>
<p>For a cleansing solution apply olive oil to your face with cotton balls. Scrub your face with granulated sugar. Wipe it off with a cool, wet wash cloth.
</p>
<p>To make a mask, whisk together 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of honey and &frac12; teaspoon of olive oil. Apply it to your face and leave on until the mixture sets. Rinse off with warm water.

<p>It is important to use extra virgin olive oil in your beauty recipes, because it is cold pressed. Anything labeled &#8220;light&#8221; or &#8220;pure&#8221; are chemically processed. While olive oil is more expensive than say, canola oil, it still relatively inexpensive. Where I live a 17-ounce bottle of store brand extra virgin oil costs about six dollars. It&#8217;s cheap compared to the fifty-dollar hot oil treatment I had in a salon, and I get the same beautiful results.<br /></p>

It just may not be coming from your reproductive organs at all! It could very well be a liver congestion problem. What does your liver have to do with your fertility?  PLENTY. <p>Our liver is the primary source of toxin and waste removal for us. Over time the poor diet and lifestyle choices we have made, have a big impact on our liver. The standard American high fat processed foods diet as well as lack of exercise puts a mammoth toll on the liver and as a result it becomes congested with fat and toxin and before too long we will start to see the effects resulting from this. Infertility can be one of these effects. Once the liver has become congested, it will be unable to adequately remove toxin and fats from our bodies and these things will recirculate throughout our system, causing disturbances everywhere. Hormone disturbances namely. Our endocrine systems become ridden with the impurities that should&#8217;ve been removed, and as a result do not function at their optimum levels, causing hormonal imbalances.
</p>
<p>Our ovaries are also another residence that gets hit with these impurities. Our ovaries are the source of our eggs. Toxin and impurities will cause poor egg quality and therefore these eggs will not be able to function at their optimum level. They will be unable to fertilize, or may fertilize but because they are flawed, will not go through the conception process well, leaving a grand possibility for miscarriage to occur.
</p>
<p>To resolve this entire issue, the liver must cleansed, which will help to restore its ability to function at its best. Once that occurs over time, the entire endocrine and reproductive systems will be free of toxin and impurities, leaving them open to do the best job they can at reproducing.

When foods have a marinade on them we say that they are marinated. Unlike basting, a marinated meat is place in the marinade and refrigerated. Marinades may be made of many different ingredients, typically a type of oil is the base of a marinade. Marinades were in huge vogue, in the cooking world about thirty years ago. When the low-fat, fat-free craze hit, in the early 1980s, marinating foods plummeted in popularity. Happily, marinating has been reinvented, using healthier oils, so we can relish those wonderful flavors again. Here are some healthy delicious marinade recipes. Expend for meats and vegetables. Perfect for grilling, saute and baking. Vegan and vegetarian options also.
</p>
<p><em><strong>Ginger Spice</strong></em>: Kindly for chicken, pork, lamb, carrots and squash, this marinade gives meat an exotic, Asian taste. <p><em><strong>Savory Herb Marinade</strong></em>: For beef recipes blend olive oil with several dashes of Balsamic vinegar. Add balsamic vinegar judiciously. Balsamic vinegar is pungent and will over power foods. Add original chopped basil, celery seed and a dash of salt. For pork, substitute fresh chopped rosemary for basil. For chicken recipes, substitute fresh chopped or ground memoir for basil, balsamic vinegar and add celery seed, black pepper and a dash of minced garlic. This marinade works well for mushrooms also. Back over arguleta and spring mix lettuces for a delicious salad dressing.
</p>
<p><em><strong>Italian Parmesan Bread Dipping Sauce and Marinade:</strong></em> and bread dipping sauce: Blend olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, basil and oregano. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread on chicken, shrimp, potato wedges for grilling, saute or baking. Makes a delicious dipping sauce for bread.

<p>Since pumpkins needs to be cooked before eaten, we can substitute with nuts. I love nuts, and in this recipe feel free to get your own personal favorites, as the result will advance out mountainous whether it&#8217;s almonds or cashews.

But before you top those veggies with your go-to bottled dressing, consider these low calorie alternatives that won&#8217;t widen your waistline.

<p>1) <i>Make use of condiments.</i>  The next time you pull out that salsa jar, it doesn&#8217;t have to be for chips.  2 tablespoons of salsa have just 15 calories and loads of flavor, making it the perfect alternative dressing.  Follow this recipe for a surefire hit:
</p>
<p><em>Chopped Mexican Salad (serves 4)</em>
</p>
<p>4 cups shredded romaine
</p>
<p>&frac12; c chopped tomatoes
</p>
<p>&frac12; c chopped red and green bell peppers
</p>
<p>&frac12; c sweet corn
</p>
<p>1 can kidney beans
</p>
<p>1 avocado, chopped
</p>
<p>&frac12; c salsa
</p>
<p>&frac14; c chopped cilantro
</p>
<p>black pepper
</p>
<p>Combine romaine through avocado; toss with salsa.  Garnish with cilantro and freshly ground shaded pepper.
</p>
<p>2) <i>Nix the traditions.</i>  Greek salads are a classic for summer, but the customary dressing can turn it into a calorie minefield.  Instead, I like to top mine with a spoonful of a exquisite Mediterranean specialty &#8211; hummus.  Coarse in calories and high in fiber, hummus adds an extra nutritional punch with zero guilt attached.  Check your supermarket for countless varieties, or make your own by tossing a can of chickpeas, the juice of a lemon, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in your food processor.
</p>
<p>3) <i>Utilize yogurt.</i>  Most of us know that creamy dressing such as ranch and blue cheese are automatic diet dangers.  When the craving for a hearty dressing hits, follow this recipe, which subs out traditional mayonnaise and sour cream for fat free Greek yogurt.   Its thickness and tang rivals the taste of sour cream, while the high protein content will keep you satisfied all afternoon.  For a healthy ranch-style dip or dressing, combine the following:
</p>
<p>1 c boring fat free or low fat Greek yogurt
</p>
<p>2 T cider vinegar
</p>
<p>&frac12; t garlic powder
</p>
<p>&frac14; t onion powder
</p>
<p>&frac12; t dried thyme
</p>
<p>&frac12; t dried parsley
</p>
<p>salt and pepper to taste
</p>
<p>Thin with water or skim milk until desired consistency is reached.
</p>
<p>4) <i>Keep it simple.</i>  One of my favorite salad toppers is simply a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and honey.  A teaspoon of each will set you back only 60 calories, while the heart healthy monounsaturated fats will back you better absorb all the nutrients packed into your bowl &#8211; without masking their natural flavors.<br /></p>
